These are the questions that shape a screw oil press project. The figures are reference seed-feed rates, not finished oil output.

Compare the VG range ↗Filtration, oil collection, seed preparation and commissioning are confirmed as part of the project scope. The VG-120D II optional vacuum filter is not the press feed capacity.

Use these answers as a starting point. Final suitability and configuration are confirmed for the actual material and site.
The VG-series selection starts with the raw material and its preparation. Rapeseed is the reference material in the supplied capacity tables; peanut, sunflower and sesame suitability, preparation and operating conditions require project confirmation.
No. The published VG-series figures are reference seed-feed rates for rapeseed: 80–160 kg/h for VG-80, 260–400 kg/h for VG-120D II and 300–500 kg/h for VG-150ZD II. They are not finished oil yields and should not be transferred to another seed without confirmation.
Filtration is a separate project stage. The VG-120D II can be discussed with an optional separate vacuum filter; preparation, oil collection, filtration and commissioning scope should be confirmed before ordering.
Share your raw material, preparation method, target seed input per hour, planned working hours, installation country and local phase, voltage and frequency. This lets VOLGA discuss a suitable press and supporting configuration.
